how long it will take to produce and delivery magic ball?what is sample cost and time?
There are two sample. one is random sample and the other is custom sample.
#1 How much does the pre-production sample cost?Will we be able to see the sample in the matte black quality and black gloss logo if we do it this way or the sample would not have our logo? Please help to explain. How soon could we see the pre-production sample for approval?
When we say pre-production sample, I mean it is sample after you place bulk order, then take photos of sample for your approval before start mass production(if necessary can send it to you), if you need a sample to win your project, in this way there will need the extra sample fee.
While if you want to get a custom sample before place order, it will cost $350 with 12 working days because of color modulation and logo printing, which maybe not economic to you I think.
#2 May i know the time for Mass Production Shipping time?
If it is Standard Dice Saying, Sea Shipping Time Will be 30-40 days, Air Express Time will be 7 days.
ie:If you order this Friday(8-23-13)
With standard saying. In-hand time will be 9-21-13
With Custom saying. In-hand time will be 10-21-13
probably less but this is a safe estimate.
#3 May i know the time for Sample Shipping Time?Please could you advise as to how long the courier service is and when we might receive this?
We can only send by HK DHL,The Courier servise is 5-7 days.

Custom Saying Mold: 20 days
Production: 10 days
Inland: 3 days
Express: 8 days
Total: 41 days

#5 Can we arrange forwarder to pick up sample from you?
Because there was liquid in Magic 8 Ball, if you arrange pick up sample, need additional $130 commercial inspection fee with extra 10 days.
The best way for you is send us $50,We will send it out ASAP.
