Payment terms for magic 8 ball

#1 Is there any reason for the requirement of 100% payment before the project is started. I can arrange for 50% of payment per the initial invoice and then we can start finalizing the custom sayings, etc.

You could choose to pay 50% at first to start finalizing custom sayings. The invoice I sent to you just show you the amount of order. 

As if you pay 100% you just need afford the bank charge one time. 

But I could understand this is our first touch for orders.You could pay 50% for custom sayings. Just please kindly pay for two times bank charge. Could you accept this solution? 

#2: I will arrange for payment. What is the next step? Shall we provide a list of custom sayings?

1. Send the custom saying list to us,also send custom logo and text around the window.(1 day) Please notice every saying not more than 18 characters. The custom LOGO we need AI format file. 

2. We will do the artwork by your requirement. Then send to you by email to confirm.(1 day) 

3. Once you confirm the artwork.We will start open mold for this project.(20 days) 

4. Finish the mold, send pictures to you to confirm.(1 day)

We will send the artwork of magic answer ball after received your payments.For the logo. Because the space with logo of the ball is small. I'm afraid the characters on the logo will be too small and not clear. So please kindly check the AI file and adjust the 1:1 proportion to see if you could accept the effect.
